CAPP TECH III (CAPP, 7-3 shift, days
variable); Responsible for implementation of daily therapeutic program and schedule in
the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Program, as directed by Manager or
Supervisor, ensuring consumer safety. Provides group and individual
activities, as directed. Acts as role model and trainer for Technicians.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s
degree in psychology, social work, or other human services field.

CAPP THERAPIST (CAPP,
Full Time, Days Variable): Responsible for providing individual, family
and collateral, treatment services for assigned caseload, based upon
assessed clinical needs and individualized treatment plan. Services will be
provided in a variety of settings, including the youth’s home, foster home,
school, and inpatient program.

Qualifications: Licensed
in the State of Florida as a psychologist, social worker, mental health
counselor, or marriage and family therapist; or Master’s degree in
behavioral health field with two (2) years of related experience and
eligible for licensure in the State of Florida. |

FAMILY SPECIALIST
(Emergency Response Team, Full Time): Provides individual, group, and
family therapies for assigned caseload, based upon assessed clinical needs
and individualized treatment plan and case plan. Most services will be
provided in the child and family’s natural environment. Functions as part
of a multi-agency team in the delivery of child welfare and safety services.

Qualifications:
Master’s
degree in behavioral health field with one (1) year of proven experience
in a social services, behavioral health, or child welfare setting; a
specialized certification, such as a Certified Addictions Professional
(CAP), may be substituted for the year of experience. |

FAMILY SPECIALIST
(Emergency Response Team, Full Time): Functions as part of a
multi-agency team in the delivery of support services to reduce abuse and
neglect and removal from the home. Provides direct, in-home services for
assigned caseload of children and families that include assessment, crisis
intervention, counseling, education, advocacy and linkage to other long term
needed services. Acts as a resource and provide outcome recommendations for
SCC, law enforcement agencies, and other related entities regarding mental
health and substance abuse issues of these families.

Qualifications:
Master’s
degree in behavioral health field with one (1) year of proven experience
in a behavioral health setting; a specialized certification, such as a
CAP, may be substituted for the year of experience. |

LICENSED PRACTICAL
NURSE (CSU-A, Full Time, Monday-Friday): Assists in the implementation
of consumer care and administers mediations to consumers according to
established protocols.
 |
Qualifications:
Current
Florida licensure as a LPN and documentation of successful completion of a
pharmacology course and/or examination, plus one year experience in
psychiatric nursing and one year experience in medical/surgical nursing.

RECREATION THERAPIST
(CAPP, Full Time): Participates as a member of a multi-disciplinary
team in the delivery of skills development and therapeutic activities for
youths served in an inpatient setting.
 |
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s
degree in Therapeutic Recreation and certification as a Therapeutic
Recreation Specialist. One year of proven experience in a treatment
setting may be substituted for the CTRS.. |

REGISTERED NURSE
(CSU-B, Full Time, 11-7 shift): Responsible for the delivery of
professional nursing care and milieu management. Administering medications
and supervising crisis technicians in their delivery of services. Providing
health care in accordance with licensure and agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Registered
Nurse with Florida licensure. One year experience in a mental health
nursing inpatient setting and one year experience in medical/surgical
nursing preferred. |

Time, Days Variable): Responsible for providing individual, family,

UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT
SPECIALIST (CAPP, Full Time, Monday-Friday): Performs daily utilization
review functions for the department, including CSSU, CAPP, and residential
and clinical/case management services.

Qualifications:
Registered nurse licensed in the State of Florida/or a Masters Degree
and license eligible in the field of behavioral health care and a minimum
of three (3) year of clinical experience with children and adolescents.
Familiar with utilization procedures. A bachelor’s degree in social work
or psychology plus five (5) years of proven experience in an inpatient or
clinical setting with children my substituted. |
